Duke I3T Lab representatives contributed to IEEE ISMAR 2024 in a number of ways:
- PhD student Zhehan Qu presented his paper titled "Looking into Attention Patterns in Extended Reality: An Eye Tracking-based Study".
- PhD student Zhehan Qu participated in the Doctoral Consortium and received the Consortium's Best Presentation Honorable Mention Award!
- PhD student Yanming Xiu presented a poster titled "LOBSTAR: Language Model-based Obstruction Detection for Augmented Reality".
- PI Gorlatova gave an invited talk titled "Runtime Identification of Task-Detrimental Augmented Reality Experiences" at the SafeAR: Approaching Augmented Reality Design & Development with a Security, Privacy & Safety Mindset Workshop co-located with IEEE ISMAR.
- PI Gorlatova served as a panelist at the conference's Future Faculty Forum.
